How do I reserve an audio guestbook for my wedding?

Booking is simple! Just select your preferred vintage phone, choose your wedding date, and complete the reservation form. We’ll guide you through every step. Your vintage phone will be delivered at least 3 days before your event.

Can we record a custom greeting
for our guests?

Absolutely! We will reach out a month before your event with instructions on how to submit your custom greeting.

When will my audio
guestbook arrive?

We're so excited to be part of your special day! Your vintage audio guestbook will arrive at least three days before your event.

How do I set up the audio guestbook?

Setting up is a breeze! Your audio guestbook package will include step-by-step instructions. All you have to do is plug it into the provided battery and start recording!

How's the audio quality? Is there a time limit for recordings?

We're proud to feature leading audio technology in our phones! While the podcast-quality microphones are amazing, our audio engineering team will listen to each of your recordings to remove any background noise. 

There is no time limit to the recordings, so there will be no problems for sentimental relatives..... or drunk friends.

Will I receive every recording?

Absolutely! We do not delete any recordings, you will receive all of them.

What's the turnaround time after I return the phone?

You will receive a digital download link of your recordings within one week of us receiving the phone. Our audio team is ready to get to work and can't wait to hear about your special day!

Please allow for additional time for the custom vinyl record and heart-shaped USB stick.

How do I return the audio guestbook?

We hope you loved your audio guestbook! In your package, we provide a return label and return tape to seal the box. Simply place the items (audio guestbook, framed directions, battery) in the box, seal it up, and return it to UPS.
